Online Attorney Finder Advertising Terms and Conditions:
The Lawz Incorporated - Online Attorney Finder ADVERTISING TERMS & CONDITIONS (effective January 1, 2002) (1) All marketing and web site development services are provided by The Lawz Incorporated ("The Lawz"), a California Corporation located at 850 West Grand Avenue, Suite 12, Oakland, CA 94607; (2) These Terms and Conditions apply to every Internet lawyer directory published by The Lawz Incorporated including, but not limited to The U.S. Accident Lawyer Directory at http://accidentlawyers.us.com, MegaFirms (www.MegaFirms.com), Online Attorney Finder (www.onlineattorneyfinder.com), The U.S. Lawyer Directory (www.findalawyer.us), American Lawyers (www.americanlawyers.info), Lawyers in California (www.lawyersincalifornia.com), Lawyers in New York (www.lawyersinnewyork.com), and Lawyers in Texas (www.lawyersintexas.com). (3) The Lawz guarantees that all ad campaigns purchased online will be published and fully active within 24-hours after receiving Customer's purchase order online, or the ad campaign is free; (4) Listings may be canceled at any time by express written notification via e-mail sent to attorneys@gmail.com; (5) Customer will be electronically billed on an annual or monthly basis depending on the type of listing customer has purchased. In the case of annual listings, customer will be billed on the calendar month during which the listing was originally purchased; customer will receive a reminder approximately 15-30 days prior to Renewal by electronic mail that his or her listing(s) is/are approaching the Renewal Date; in the case of monthly listings, the monthly charge for advertising will never be increased as long as the listing is maintained uninterrupted and payment information on file with The Lawz remains current; payment information can be updated by calling The Lawz Incorporated at (510) 717-5299; (6) The Lawz Incorporated will work with you to ensure your satisfaction with published listings. As an advertising medium, however, we cannot warrant results and no refunds will be issued once your listings have been created and published on the Internet; (7) Customer may request updates to information published in customer's Internet listing(s) (e.g. address, e-mail, firm description, payment information, etc.) at any time by sending an e-mail with desired changes and/or modifications to The Lawz incorporated at attorneys@gmail.com; (8) These terms form the entire agreement for advertising services provided by The Lawz to the customer unless additional terms are agreed to in writing and signed by an authorized representative of The Lawz Incorporated.
